Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
We prepare your personalised piece within 2 to 5 working days, then delivery takes 1 to 2 days. These are estimates and may vary slightly at busy times.
Do you deliver across Oman? How much is delivery?
Yes, we deliver to every governorate and wilayat in the Sultanate:
- Home delivery: 2 OMR
- Office delivery: 1 OMR
You choose the delivery method in the cart, and you see the final total before paying.
Can I cancel my order or change the name or logo?
Please check the name, logo and colour carefully before ordering, because every piece is made just for you.
If you need to cancel or change something, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We can help as long as personalisation hasn’t started yet. After 24 hours, cancellation usually isn’t possible.
Can I return a product?
Personalised pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind, because they are made with your name.
But if your piece arrives damaged, faulty or with a personalisation mistake on our side, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We’ll fix it or send you a replacement, and we cover the shipping in these cases.
Do you offer a gift box and wrapping?
Yes, for eligible products. Choose the box and wrapping on the product page before adding to cart.
