To give all our customers a clear and comfortable experience, please read the following policies and terms before placing your order:
1. Shipping and delivery
- Orders are prepared within 2–5 working days.
- We deliver to all areas within the Sultanate of Oman.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; the customer is responsible for the accuracy of these details.
- If a delay is caused by the shipping company or by circumstances beyond our control, the store is not fully responsible for that delay.
2. Personalised products
- Please check the name and letters before completing your order.
- Once personalisation has started, the name or logo can no longer be changed.
- The store is not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer.
- Names can be up to 14 characters, in English letters only.
- Because personalised products are made especially for the customer, they cannot be exchanged or returned for a change of mind.
3. Exchanges and returns
- Non-personalised products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Products personalised with a name or letters cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake by the store.
- Shipping fees may be non-refundable.
4. Defective products
- If your product arrives damaged, or there is a personalisation mistake by Latex Leather, please contact us and send clear photos or a video of the product.
- We will provide an exchange or a suitable solution, at no cost to you for our mistake.
5. Payment
- We accept the payment methods available in the store, bank transfer and bank cards.
- Personalised products are only made after payment is confirmed.
- All prices are in Omani rials unless stated otherwise.
6. Privacy
- Customer data is used to process, deliver and communicate about the order.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing without consent, except where needed to fulfil the order, such as the shipping company or payment provider.
- Sensitive payment data is processed by the payment provider; card details are not stored by the store.
7. Store terms and conditions
- Using the website means the customer agrees to these terms and policies.
- Prices, specifications and availability may change.
- Latex Leather reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in exceptional cases, such as an obvious error in price or product information.
